- Content:Women's Advancement Project , Event for female employees
- Purpose of the event:
Building on the connections fostered among female employees in 2025, this event provided opportunities for participants to learn from the real-life experiences and career choices of women who are active both within and outside the company. The aim was to encourage each participant to reflect on her own career and work style, identify a meaningful "small step" toward the future, and take proactive action based on her own aspirations. - program:

2. Panel Discussion
In collaboration with Fujitsu Network Solutions Limited, a panel discussion was held featuring female employees from both companies. Speakers with diverse career paths and experiences shared their personal decisions, turning points, and perspectives on work. The session provided participants with valuable insights and inspiration for considering their own career journeys.

- I learned that unconscious bias is not inherently bad; what is important is to recognize it and manage it appropriately.
- I realized that actions taken with good intentions can sometimes have unintended negative effects on others.
- I became acutely aware that I knew very little about my team members' future aspirations and perspectives.
- Through the role-playing exercises, I recognized my own communication habits, and the feedback from others was extremely insightful and valuable.
